מתוך אפילת הימים הללו, ולנוכח ההתפרצות המחודשת של האלימות באזורינו , אנו, מנהיגי קהילות ואנשי חינוך בחיפה ובבירות, רואים לנכון להביע בזאת במשותף אמיתות יסודיות בהן אנו מחזיקים.

אנו מאמינים כי רצונו של האלוהים הוא כי בני אברהם החיים במזרח התיכון ובכל מקום אחר ינהגו זה בזה ברוח של אחווה ויפעלו יחדיו לרווחתו ושגשוגו של האזור כולו.

אנו מאמינים כי בכוחן של הקהילות במזרח התיכון להתגבר על הסיכסוכים הלאומיים ולהגיע, על ידי משא ומתן בין נציגים, להסכמים כנים ומכובדים שיבטיחו ביטחון וחיים לכל.

אנו מאמינים באופן נחרץ כי סבל אנושי רב לאין שיעור נגרם, וכי מוטלת עלינו חובה לעשות במשותף כל שביכולתנו בכדי לשים לו קץ.

אנו מתחייבים להטיף וללמד ברוח זאת בקהילותינו.

אנו קוראים לאנשי אמת ואמונה מהעולם שוחר השלום להצטרף לקריאתנו זאת.

ברצון האלוהים, יהי שלום עלי אדמות.


في هذه الأيام الداكنة ومن أعماقها وعلى خلفية أعمال العنف المتجددة والمتكررة في منطقتنا، نحن زعماء وقياديو أحيائنا وجماهيرنا ونحن رجال التربية في حيفا وفي بيروت، نرى انه من الواجب علينا أن نؤكد بهذا عن القواعد الأساسية المشتركة لجميعنا.

نؤمن أن رغبة الله سبحانه تعالى أن يتحلى أبناء إبراهيم القاطنين في الشرق الأوسط ، بروح الأخوة وان يعملوا معاً من اجل رفاهية وتطوير المنطقة كلها.

نؤمن انه باستطاعة الجماهير الشرق أوسطية التغلب على الخلافات والصراعات القومية والتوصل من خلال المفاوضات مع مندوبي الجهات المعنية ، لاتفاقيات صريحة ومشرفة تؤمن الطمأنينة والحياة الآمنة للجميع.

نؤمن وبشكل قاطع أن المعاناة الإنسانية لهي كبيرة جداً وعلينا ملقاة واجب العمل المشترك لوضع حدٍ لهذه المعاناة.

نلتزم بهذا على العمل من اجل نشر هذه الرسالة وهذه التعاليم بين أوساط جماهيرنا.

نوجه نداءً لرجال الصدق والأيمان من العالم اجمع والذين يؤمنون بالسلام ، الانضمام لندائنا هذا.

بإذن الله تعالى ، يعم السلام في المعمورة.


In these dark times, in the face of the outburst of violence in our region, we, leaders of communities and educators in Haifa and Beirut, feel it is our collective duty to express certain shared basic truths.

We believe that it is the divine will that the children of Abraham, living in the Middle East and everywhere, treat each other out of a spirit of fraternity and will strive together to spread that spirit for the benefit and prosperity of the whole region.

We believe that the various communities in the Middle East have the power to overcome national conflicts and, through negotiations, arrive at direct, authentic and honorable agreements that guarantee security and life for all.

We fervently believe that we are witnessing unimaginable human suffering and therefore it is our duty to do all in our collective power to bring this situation to an end.

We are committed to teach this spirit in our communities.

We call on all people of truth and faith from the peace seeking world to join our call.

God willing, peace, salaam, shalom, will prevail on earth.

Durant ces heures sombres, devant cette explosion de violence dans notre région, nous, les leaders de communautés et éducateurs de Haifa et Beyrouth, pensons que c’est de notre devoir collectif d’exprimer certaines vérités essentielles communes.

Nous croyons qu’il est la volonté divine que les enfants de Abraham, habitant le Moyen Orient et ailleurs, se traitent les uns les autres dans un esprit de fraternité et qu’ils oeuvrent ensemble pour répandre cet esprit pour le bénéfice et la prospérité de la région entière.
Nous croyons que les différentes communautés du Moyen Orient ont la capacité de surmonter les conflits nationaux, et d’arriver, au travers de négociations, à des accords directs, authentiques et honorables garantissant à tous la sécurité et la vie.

Nous croyons ardemment que nous assistons à une souffrance humaine inimaginable et qu’il est donc de notre devoir de faire tout ce qui est en notre pouvoir collectif d’en finir avec cette situation.
Nous nous engageons à enseigner cet esprit dans nos communautés.

Nous appelons tous les peuples de vérité et de foi recherchant la paix dans le monde de se joindre à notre appel.
